Instructions
For either part, delivery or pickup,  you can choose to provide your own transportation, to do so select No Delivery/Pickup. If you require us to provide the transportation first select the location nearest your event and if your event is outside the specified location, please type in any additional kilometers of travel in the appropriate box.

Now choose the date you wish the supplies to be delievered to or picked up from you. Select the timeframe you wish the supplies to be transported. If you choose Custom Time Frame or After Hours or Sunday then please use the two drop down boxes to specify which hours are appropriate. If you choose Exact Time, please use the corresponding drop down box to specify which time you would prefer.

Once everything is filled, the Modify Delivery should represent the price according to your decisions.
